No Mid-Term Cancellations

Subscriptions cannot be cancelled mid-term. When you subscribe to PrepJ:

• Your subscription remains active for the full subscription period
• You retain access to all features until the plan expiry date
• No partial refunds are provided for unused time

This policy ensures continuity in your child's learning journey and allows us to maintain the quality of our educational content and platform.

Subscription Expiry

Your subscription will naturally expire at the end of your subscription period unless you choose to renew. You can manage your renewal preferences through your account settings or by contacting support.

Account Closure

If you wish to close your account after your subscription expires, you can:

• Simply allow your subscription to expire without renewal
• Request account deletion through our support team
• Export your child's progress data before closure
